土壤介质中阴极保护用混合金属氧化物涂层钛阳极的研究

摘    要:采用热分解方法制备了混合金属氧化物(MMO)涂层钛阳极。研究了钛阳极在土壤介质中的电化学行为,用SEM观察了涂层形貌,并研究了阳极寿命与涂层厚度和电流密度之间的关系。结果表明,所研制的涂层钛阳极具有良好的电化学性能和较长的使用寿命,是土壤介质外加电流阴极保护中比较理想的辅助阳极。

Abstract:Mixed metal oxide(MMO) coated titanium anode was prepared by thermal decomposition process.The electrochemical behavior of the anode in soil was studied.Surface morphology was observed by SEM.The relationship of the anode lifetime to the coating thickness and anode current density was studied.The MMO coated Ti anode exhibited superior electrochemical performance and long durability.So the MMO anode will be a kind of ideal auxiliary anode for impress current cathodic protection in soil.
