摘    要:对旧报纸浮选脱墨过程中油墨粒子的变化和纤维特性进行了研究.探讨了化学脱墨中碱和脱墨剂的作用机理,研究了2种自制脱墨剂的应用效果,并与进口脱墨剂进行了比较.实验结果表明,碱对于旧报纸油墨粒子的剥离具有非常重要的作用,表面活性剂能够有效促进碱液的作用,并有助于剥离下来的油墨粒子与纸浆悬浮液的分离;而未能脱除下来的油墨和进入纤维表面凹陷的油墨分别是白度较低和长纤维尘埃度较高的主要原因.实验结果还表明自行研制的脱墨剂的脱墨效果已达到进口脱墨剂的水平.

Abstract:This paper focused on the characteristics of ink particles and fibers during ONP flotation deinking process. Alkali is the key to separate the ink particles from the fibers; surfactants can promote the effect of alkali and make the ink particles to be separated in specific size distribution and easily removed from the suspension. Ink particles, which remain in fibers, are the main reason of high dirt count of the long fibers and ink particles in the caves of fiber surface lead to low brightness of the long fibers. The experiment also showed two deinking agents prepared in the lab are as effective as the imported deinking agent in ONP flotation deinking.
