| 摘 要： | 本文通过介绍我国全业务电信运营的背景,提出下一代网络发展的基本目标,分析固网NGN和移动3G的演进路线,阐述网络融合发展思路以及NGN体系下FMC和Triple Play的实现途径,最后指出建立NGN开放业务环境是增强NGN竞争力和推动NGN发展的关键。

| Abstract: | At first the background of full-service telecom operation in China is introduced. Then the fundamental goal of next generation network is proposed. The evolution roadmaps of fixed NGN and 3G mobile networks are analyzed. The implementations of FMC and triple play based on NGN are investigated. At last, this paper points out that the establishment of open service environment is the key to enhancing NGN competition and promoting NGN development. |
