低品位破碎矿体崩落法开采技术改进与应用

摘    要:崩落法开采低品位矿岩破碎矿体存在的普遍问题是贫化率太高,采出矿石品位太低,直接影响企业经济效益。某铜矿前期采用分段崩落法,因贫化率太高,矿山陷入困境。针对该矿山开采技术条件,开展崩落法开采技术研究,采用分段挤压爆破留矿,分段和阶段联合出矿的方式,大幅降低了贫损指标,提高了采出矿石品位,实现了扭亏为盈,获得了较好的经济效益,对采用崩落法开采低品位矿石具有借鉴作用。

Improvement and application of caving mining technology for low grade and fractured ore bodies

Abstract:The common problem of mining fractured and low grade ore bodies using caving method is that the dilution rate is too high and the mined ore grade is too low, which directly affects the economic efficiency of enterprises. Sublevel caving method was adopted in the early stage of certain copper mine, as the dilution rate was too high, the economic situation of the mine is in trouble. According to the mining technical conditions, carrying out research on caving mining technology, the ways of sublevel extrusion blast, sublevel and stage combined ore removal were adopted, the loss ratio and dilution ratio were all significantly declined, the mined ore grade was significantly improved, Obtained good economic benefit,and good results can be expected, it offers also some references for other similar caving mines.
