摘    要:利用Matlab软件计算了中空纤维透析器外壳内壁面(简称壁面)影响下,中空纤维随机分布、管外流场充分发展、纤维表面定质量流量时的管外流场分布,进而求得了不同填充密度下透析器的管外传质系数. 结果表明,中空纤维的排布方式对传质系数有很大的影响;在所研究的中空纤维填充密度范围内(10%~50%),随着填充密度的增大,透析器的管外传质系数先变大,后变小;其随机性整体上逐渐减小.

Abstract:Mass transfer coefficient is one of the main parameters to evaluate the performance of hollow fiber modules.With the help of Matlab software, the shell-side flow field was simulated numerically under the condition of well-developed fluid flow.The theoretical model considers the effects of both the inner wall of the module shell and the random distribution of the hollow fibers on the shell-side mass transfer performance.For different packing densities of hollow fibers, the concentration field and the shell-side mass transfer coefficients of dialyzers were obtained with the concentration boundary condition of constant wall flux.The results showed that the packing/distribution of hollow fibers had a great effect on the shell-side mass transfer coefficient.Within the range of packing density studied (10%—50%), when the packing density increased, the shell-side mass transfer coefficient firstly increased and then decreased, and its randomicity decreased in general.
