| 摘 要： | 目的:优选葛根提取过程中的有关工艺参数。方法采用HPLC测定法，以葛根素的提取率为评价指标，以正交试验法L9(34^4)]优选提取工艺参数。结果影响因素最大的为乙醇的倍数，其次是提取时间、提取次数，最小的为乙醇的浓度。结论葛根素的最佳提取工艺是用70％乙醇，7倍的溶剂量，提取2小时，提取4次。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the parameters of extraction echnology for Puerarin from Pueraria lobata.Methods Puerarin as index,HPLC was applied with and orthogonal test was used in this experiment,we tested four factors at three levels respectly.Results Alcohol volum had conspicuous effect on extraction,extraction time and times had less effects and Alcohol density had the least.Conclusions The best extractint process is A 2B 1C 2D 3i.e extracting four times by using seven times of Alcohol(70%),two hours once. |
