| 摘 要： | 系统基于LabVIEW软件平台,以NI公司的PCI-6014多功能数据采集卡作为计算机与外部电路的接口,采用半自动化的步进电机进给和人眼瞄准方式,达到瞄准精度和检定效率的协调.系统的控制部分由LabVIEW软件完成,LabVIEW软件控制多功能数据采集卡发出控制脉冲信号并采集光栅传感器的计数数据,并以光栅传感器作为位移基准,和读取的百分表读数作比较,求出各点误差值,并作保存.
