累积取样系统在城市燃气行业的应用研究

天然气的组成分析需要以取样为基础。基于在线气相色谱仪的直接取样技术以及基于累积取样系统的间接取样技术已在国外天然气贸易交接中获得了广泛应用。以北京燃气集团某门站的试验数据为基础,对比了分别采用在线气相色谱仪和累积取样系统分析获得的燃气物性参数。结果表明,通过上述2种方式获得的数据具有高度的一致性。在城市燃气行业,累积取样系统的应用是对在线取样技术的有效补充。

Application Research on Cumulative Sampling System in City Gas Industry

Composition analysis of natural gas is normally based on sampling.At present,the direct sampling technique based on the online gas phase chromatograph,as well as the indirect sampling technique based on the cumulative sampling system have been widely applied in the field of foreign natural gas trade.In this paper,physical parameters of city gas were analyzed and compared by using the techniques of online gas phase chromatograph and cumulative sampling system respectively.Results show that data acquired through the two methods have the high degree of consistency.In the city gas industry,the application of cumulative sampling system is an effective supplement to online sampling technology.
