印钞纸长度在线实时监测系统的研制

为了解决纸张长度在线实时监测，提出了由上位机和下位机两级组成（包含光学编码器和光纤传感器）的在线实时监测系统。采用了多抗干扰措施，使本系统在实际生产运行过程中性能稳定，能准确、可靠地测量出纸张的长度，并实时显示出来，大大提高了产品质量和生产效率，降低了生产成本。

Research for on-line Real Time Monitoring System of Bank Paper Length

In order to measure the accurate length of bank paper on-line,the on-line real time monitoring system of bank paper length is presented,it is made up of the upper microcomputer and nether microcomputer (including optical encoder and fiber sensor).It can measure the accurate length of bank paper reliably and display it real time by adopting the various anti-jamming precautions,so the quality of product and the efficiency of production are improved and the cost of production is reduced.
