| 摘 要： | 目的对三黄泻心汤合煎与分煎样品中盐酸小檗碱含量进行比较,为临床应用提供依据。方法采用高效毛细管电泳仪测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果合煎样品中盐酸小檗碱含量明显低于分煎样品中的含量。结论三黄泻心汤分煎样品的药效是否比合煎样品的好,还应该通过临床实验才能作出结论。
