糖尿病肾病血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸与胱抑素C的相关性研究

目的：探讨血清超敏 C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）与胱抑素 C（CysC）在糖尿病肾病中的改变以及相关性。方法60例单纯糖尿病患者作为对照组，60例糖尿病肾病患者作为观察组。测定患者血清 hs-CRP、Hcy 和 CysC。结果观察组的 hs-CRP、Hcy 和 Cys C 均比对照组显著增高（P 〈0.01）。hs-CRP 与 CysC 有明显正相关关系（r =0.4288，P 〈0.05）；Hcy 与 CysC 有明显正相关关系（r =0.2144，P 〈0.01）。结论糖尿病肾病患者血清 hs-CRP 和 Hcy 可以反应患者的肾小球滤过功能。

The correlation of hs-CRP,Hcy and CysC in patients with diabetic nephropathy

ObJective：To investigate the change of the serum levels of high sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）,ho-mocysteine（Hcy）and cystatin C（CysC）in diabetic nephropathy and the correction among these factors. Methods：Sixty patients with diabetes were enrolled into the control group and 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were enrolled into the observation group. The hs-CRP,Hcy and CysC in serum were detected. Results：hs-CRP,Hcy and CysC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0. 01）. There was a significant positive correlation between hs-CRP and CysC（r = 0. 4288,P 〈 0. 05）and a significant positive cor-relation between Hcy and CysC（r = 0. 2144,P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion：The hs-CRP and Hcy in serum in patiwnts with diabet-ic nephropathy can reflect glomeruar filtration rate.
