| 摘 要： | 目的：评价PTC－CT在胆管癌立体放疗中的应用价值。方法：6例胆管癌患者，分别行普通立体放疗CT扫描和PTC－CT定位扫描，对扫描结果进行比较。结果：6例胆管癌患者，PTC－CT明确显示病变的准确部位及侵润范围，而普通CT扫描仅能观察到肝内外胆管扩张情况，无法明确病变的准确部位。结论：PTC－CT在胆管癌立体定向放疗中定位准确可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of PTC-CT in SRT treatment of bile duct cancer.Method:Six cases of bile duct cancer,normal SRT CT location and PTC-CT location were finished,and the scanning-image were comparied.Results:In six cases of bile duct cancer,accuracy location and erosion were detected completely by PTC-CT,but normal CT scanning can only observe the expansion of bile duct.Conclusion:PTC-CT location in bile duct cancer is suitable for SRT treatment. |
