两种政治哲学--从18世纪末法美两国制宪审视两种政治理念

在自由、平等、博爱等理念的指引下，18世纪美法两国先后爆发了革命，并通过制定宪法开始了探索政治现代化的进程。然而，同样的革命却产生了不同的结果。两国对于宪法的权威性与代议制的确立等问题的认识不同，所体现出来的自由、平等、民主等理念也不同，通过比较两国的政治思想．可以看出其政治成败的原因。

Two Kind of Political Philosophies--An Inquiry into Two Kind of Political Ideas by Dealing with the Foundation of Constitution in USA and France in the End of Eighteenth Century

In the eighteenth century, Revolution inspired by some ideas, such as liberty, equality, fraternity, broke out in America and France in succession. The people of two countries also began to search after the road to political modernization. However, the same revolution led to the contrary result.By talking over some questions including the authority of constitution and representative government which appeared in the constitutional course, the article reflects the ideas which appear from these questions, such as liberty, democracy and equality, and make a comparison between the political thought of America and France, put across the reason that led to the different result.
