基于PLC的双容水箱液位串级控制

摘    要:介绍了双容液位系统存在容积延迟问题,采用单回路控制难以达到控制精度要求,改用串级控制方案有效地改善了系统动态响应特性.由于它的精确数学模型难以确定,参数整定采用经验整定法取得了较好的效果.实验结果表明,串级PID控制效果比单回路在响应时间等方面有了较大的提高,有效地改善了控制质量,具有实际的应用价值.

Abstract:The problem associated with the capacious-lags of the double-tank level control system is introduced.Better results were achieved by adopting a cascade PID controller rather than a single loop controller in the double-tanks.Since it is difficult to determine the precise mathematical model involved,the controller simply adopted an empirical setting method and has yielded good results.Experimental results showed that the cascade PID controller was much better than the single-loop PID one in terms of time response,thus enhancing the control precision.
