胃癌和胃溃疡间质中肥大细胞的研究

通过对胃癌、胃溃疡间质肥大细胞的研究，探讨了这二类疾病中肥大细胞的意义。手术切除胃标本１０２例，经１０％甲醛固定，ＨＥ染色和甲苯胺蓝染色，观察病变间质中肥大细胞的变化。结果：胃溃疡间质肥大细胞明显多于胃癌各组，高分化腺癌组多于低分化腺癌及未分化癌组。本文还就肥大细胞脱颗粒和异染颗粒等情况进行仔细观察，提示：肿瘤间质肥大细胞反应是机体拮抗肿瘤的一种形态学表现，间质肥大细胞的计数对胃的良恶性病变及胃癌

STUDY ON MAST CELL IN THE STROMA OF HASTRIC CARCINOMA AND CASTRIC ULCER

he significance of mast cell in the stroma of gastric carcinoma and gastric ulcer was discussed throuhg the study on 102 cases of huma n stomach In the samples fixed with 10% formandehyde and stained wint HE toluidine blue,the changes of mast cell in the stroma of gastric ulcer were clearly seem.The mast cells in high malingant group were more than in low differentiative group and non-differentiative group.The degranulation and metachromatic granule in the mast cell were carefuly ob-served in this paper.It suggested that the reaction of mast cell in the stroma of the carcinoma was one ence value for judging the benign ofr malignant pathologic changes of stomach and the degree of malig-mancy of gastric carcinoma.
