| 摘 要： | 目的 观察射干麻黄汤对哮喘大鼠气道炎症及对外周血T辅助细胞(Th):Th1/Th2平衡的影响,探讨其治疗哮喘的作用机理.方法 40只雌性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、哮喘组、地塞米松组和射干麻黄汤组.构建哮喘模型后,采用瑞氏染色对哮喘大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中的细胞进行分类及计数,用ELISA方法测定外周血中白细胞介素4(IL-4)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平.结果 (1)射干麻黄汤可有效对抗哮喘大鼠症状发作.(2)射干麻黄汤能显著减少哮喘组大鼠中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、淋巴细胞等气道炎症细胞计数,与地塞米松组相比有差异.(3)射干麻黄汤可以显著降低IL-4水平,提高IFN-γ/IL-4比率,与地塞米松相近.结论 射干麻黄汤可以减轻哮喘大鼠气道炎症,调节哮喘Th1/Th2失衡,降低气道高反应性,达到治疗哮喘的作用,这可能是其治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制之一.
