摘    要:以吉林地区所产中华亚种沙棘为主要研究对象,采用微波辅助提取沙棘籽油。以提取时间、料液比、微波功率为单因素考察条件,在单因素实验基础上,采用响应面法对微波辅助提取沙棘籽油的工艺进行优化。实验得出最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间26min,料液比1:12,功率622W,在此条件下重复三次实验,得到沙棘籽油的提取率为0.307%±0.005%,为预测值的98.71%。与预测值基本一致。该研究优化了微波辅助提取沙棘籽油的提取工艺,为沙棘籽的进一步开发利用提供理论基础。

Abstract:The microwave-assisted extraction of seabuckthorn seed oil was studied. Based on the single factor experiment, the technology of microwave-assisted extraction of seabuckthorn seed oil was optimized by response surface method. The results showed that the best extraction conditions were: extraction time 26 min, ratio of material to liquid 1:12, power 622w. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of seabuckthorn seed oil was 0.307% ± 0.005%, which was 98.71% of the predicted value. It is basically consistent with the predicted value. This study optimized the microwave-assisted extraction technology of seabuckthorn seed oil, and provided the theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of seabuckthorn seed.
