| 摘 要： | 针对高校工程训练中心及电装实习部的现状和发展提出一些观点和看法。为配合本科教学评估和国家级实践教学示范中心的评选,根据专业学科的特点研究、探索,并提出了改革实践教育教学新模式以适应当今社会对应用型、复合型人才的需求。

| Abstract: | This article presents some ideas and views on the status and development of the Training center and Electrical Engineering Department of the university.In line with national practice teaching evaluation and selection of teaching demonstration center,and based on the characteristics of professional disciplines,the paper explores and proposes a new model of education reform to adapt to today＇s society and to meet the complex human needs. |
