2013年我院住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

目的：了解2013年本院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况，为临床抗菌药物合理应用提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法，随机抽取本院2013年住院病历1220份，对使用情况进行统计、分析。结果住院患者抗菌药物使用率为44.51%，共使用抗菌药物11大类81种，使用最多的是头孢菌素类。结论本院抗菌药物用药情况总体较好，但仍存在不合理用药问题。应加强医院抗菌药物使用的管理，提高抗菌药物合理应用，降低医院感染率。

Analysis of antibiotics usage in inpatients of Our Hospital in 2013

Objective To understand the application of antibiotics usage in inpatients of our hospital, and provide areference for clinical rational antibacterial drugs use. Methods Retrospective survey method was used, 1220 inpatient cases in 2013 were statistically analysed. Results The application rate of antibiotics was 44.51%in inpatient case histories. A total of 81 drugs in 11 categories were administered, with cephalosporin topping the list in terms of consumption. Conclusion Our Hospital has a good antibiotics using condition, but some irrational problems are still exist. Management on the rational use of antibiotics remains to be strengthened further, improve the rational use of antibiotics and reduce hospital infection rates.
