摘    要:选用三正丙胺为模板剂.采用水热晶化法合成AlPO4-5分子筛。在Pr3N-P2O5-Al2O3-H2O体系中研究了水热晶化条件──模板剂用量、反应混合物pH值、晶化时间和晶化温度等。对AlPO4-5分子筛晶相形成和产物结晶度的影响。通过XRD、IR、SEM及DTA、TG等分析手段,表征了AlPO4-5的结构和热稳定性能。

Abstract:The AlPO4-5 molecular sieve was synthesized hydrothermally in the presence of organic amine (Pr3N) as the template.A systematic investigation was made into the effects of conditions for hydrothermal crystallization,amount of template(Pr3N),PH value of reactive mixture.crystallization time and crystallization temperature etc.,on the formation of AlPO4-5 molecular sieve and crystallinity of the product.The structure and properties of AlPO4-5 were characterized by means of XRD,IR,SEM,DTA and TG.
