| Abstract: | With the fast development of global economy and due to enormous demands for city infrastructure construction,the concession build-transfer(BT) investment project has widely been applied in city infrastructure construction area.However,the operation management of BT model project is far more complicated.The development situation of BT project at home and abroad and its management problems were expounded,and its main management risks of BT model were discussed and analyzed. |
