| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了疲劳分析中的局部应力应变法分析方法和步骤,同时结合ANSYS,运用局部应力应变法中的稳态法对优化设计前后的压力传感器轴销分别分析、计算出了疲劳寿命,为优化设计对其抗疲劳性能的影响提供了客观的判断依据;对一般零部件的疲劳寿命的计算也有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the method and steps of the local stress strain method to analyze the fatigue with the application of ANSYS, uses this method to analyze and calculate the fatigue - life of the press - sensor shaft both before the optimization and after the optimization to give the basis of the judgement of how the optimization influences the fatigue damage of the shaft. |
