| 摘 要： | 针对光固化成形系统中聚焦在扫描面的激光束光斑零点漂移和增益漂移的问题，本文论述了一种检测激光光斑轮廓和位置的方法，并提出对激光束光斑零点漂移和增益漂移误差的补偿方法。

| Abstract: | Aiming at offset drift and gain drift of the laser beam spot focalized on the scanning plane in stereolithography apparatus,a method to inspect the laser beam profile and position is discussed,a method to compensate the offset drift error and gain drift error of laser beam spot is also put forward. |
