外伤性腹部大血管损伤的诊治探讨(附15例报告)

为了提高对危重外伤性腹部大血管损伤病人的抢救成功率，本文总结了15例血管损伤病人的诊治经验。其中对13例有严重休克的病人进行了抗休克治疗，5例采用血管修补法、5例采用血管结扎法、2例选择性血管栓塞法、2例填塞压迫止血法、1例行血管移植。结果10例痊愈（67％），5例死亡，其中一例为未及时手术致死。我们认为早期合理的抗休克治病，及时手术和采用合适的止血方法是治疗的关键。

THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF ABDOMINAL LARGE BLOOD VESSEL INJURIES

Aim: In order to reduce the mortality of abdominal large blood vessel injuries, the diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases of abdominal large blood vessels injuries were analysed. Methods: Thirteen of the 15 cases were treated by anti - shock therapy. Angiorrhapy, vascular ligation, selective arterial embolisation, packing hemostasis and vascular grafting were adopted to 5, 5, 2, 2, and 1 case respectively. Results: 10 cases were cured and 5 cases died, and one of which hadn't been operated in time. The results suggest that the key points to reduce mortality are proper early anti-shock therapy. Prompt surgical intervention and proper methods of hemostasis are also of great importance.
