正清风痛宁关节腔内注射治疗类风湿性关节炎

目的探讨正清风痛宁关节腔内注射治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将34例有大关节痛患者随机分为两组，治疗组应用正清风痛宁注射液行关节腔注射，对照组予口服双氯酚酸钠。观察患病关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、晨僵时间，以及血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、类风湿因子限F）在治疗前后的变化。结果一个疗程后，患者关节压痛数、肿胀数、平均晨僵时间和CRP均值时间较对照组均有较明显改善。结论我们认为关节内注射正清风痛宁注射液是治疗类风湿性关节炎有明显大关节炎症状病人安全有效的方法。

Intraarticular Injection Of Zhengqing Fengtongning In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To investigate the curative efficiency of intraarticular injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning with rheumatoid arthritis . Methods 34 patients with big joint arthralgia were randomly derided into a treatment group and a control group and treated respetively by the aboved method for the former and with Dichronic for oral use for the latter.We observed the changes of tender arthroses numbers, turgescence arthroses numbers, early morning stiffness time , blood sedimentation （ESR）,C -reactive protein （CRP） and rheumatoid factor （RF）between pretherapy and post--therapy. Results After a course of treatment,the tender arthroses numbers, the turgescence arthroses numbers , early morning stiffness time and the mean of CRP were significantly lower.Conclusions We think that it is safe and effective to inject Zhengqing Fengtongning into joints with rheumatoid arthritis especially to those accompany with obvioase arthritis symptom.
