摘    要:球孢白僵菌不同菌株微观萌发特征及宏观培养特性表现出高度的多样性。2个性状集团经主成分分析后,得到微观萌发特征的主因子为单芽管萌发孢子比例、芽管总平均长度及芽管整齐度;宏观培养性状的主因子分别为察氏培养基上的菌落颜色、菌落基质颜色、菌落生长速率及液体培养液的pH值,由主因子指标进行典型相关分析,两性状集团总体相关不显著(p=0.1378),但菌落生长速率与单芽管萌发孢子比例及芽管总平均长度表现出显著的相关性,由主因子指标进行的聚类及Shannon-Wiener多样性指数统计表明,相同地理来源菌株间的相似性程度高于相同分离寄主间的菌株相似性。

Abstract:High diversities of micro-germination.traits and macro-colony growth characteristics proved toexist between different strains of Beauverta basstana. After principal component analysis of these two in-dex groups, the main micro-factors were determined to be the ratio of single germ tube germinationspores, the average length of germ tubes and their length variance coefficient. The main macro-factors in-cluded colony color, colony base. color, colony growth rate and the final pH value after growth in SDY liq-uid medium for 72 hours. No significant correlation was observed between the micro- and macro- mainfactor groups after canonical analysis (p = 0. 1378 ). However among them, the colony growth rate wasfound to be significantly correlated with average germination tube length and the ratio of single germ tubegermination spores. Based on the main factors of each strain, cluster analysis was performed to differenti-ate each of them into sub-groups. Each sub-groups diversity index was then calculated according to straingeographic origin and original parasitic insect host respectively. The results of comparing Shannon-Wienerdiversity indices indicated that strains from the same geographic location had higher similarity than thosewith the same insect host order.
