摘    要:将合金元素Mn,Cr,Mo,Nb加入42CrMo钢中熔炼后,选择退火、油淬及回火的热处理方式.回火温度为380℃时,提高单个合金元素的百分含量,cr含量可达到1.51%,硬度46.8HRC,磨损率0.214.同时,综合提高了合金元素Mn,Cr,Mo,Nb的含量.回火温度350℃,Nb对42CrMo的硬度和耐磨性的影响比Mo明显,而回火温度410℃时,Mo的影响更为明显.合金元素Mn,Cr,Mo,Nb质量分数分别为0.60%,1.40%,0.30%,0.07%时,回火温度为410℃,42CrMo钢的硬度达到46.2HRC,磨损率0.216.

Abstract:The alloying elements of Mn, Cr, Mo, Nb were added into the 42CrMo steel, followed by heat treatments of annealing, oil quenching and tempering. When the tempering temperature was 380 ℃ ,the hardness and wear resistance were improved with increasing the content of every alloying element. When the mass fraction of Cr was 1.51% ,the hardness was 46.8HRC and the wear rate was 0.214. When the content of alloying elements were comprehensively improved and the tempering temperature was 350 ℃, the effect of Nb on hardness and abrasion resistance was clearly more than that of Mo. However, when the tempering temperature was 410 ℃, Mo was clearly more effective than Nb. While the mass fraction of Mn, Cr, Mo, Nb was 0.60% , 1.40% ,0.30% and 0.07% , respectively, and under the tempering temperature of 410 ℃, the hardness of 42CrMo steel was 46.2HRC and the wear rate was 0.216.
