摘    要:介绍了一种万安级大电流设备热效率低下原因及改进措施。通过测试及摸索设备实际电压降及涡流损耗数据,找出设备热效率低下的症结所在,对交流直热式或万安级大电流设备的增效和节能应用研究领域提供了宝贵的实际测试数据。其改进热效方法在电弧炉、硅铁炉、矿热炉等行业具有应用推广价值。

Abstract:The reasons ol low thermal ethciency and improvement measures ol a kind ol vie level large current equipment were introduced. Through test and fumble of the actual voltage drop and the loss of the eddy data of the equipment, the crux of low thermal efficiency of the equipment was found out, which provided valuable practical test data for the efficiency increase and energy saving research fields of the alternating directly-heated or vie level large current equipment. The heat efficiency improved methods had application and promotion value in the industries of arc furnace, FeSi furnace and ore furnace.
