苇状羊茅盐胁迫下生理效应的研究

摘    要:应用砂培试验对苇状羊茅盐胁迫下的生理效应进行了研究,通过对苇状羊茅盐胁迫下的相对鲜重,相对干重,根冠比,脯氨酸含量,叶绿素含量及根系活力进行测定,表明,低浓度的盐处理下,苇状羊茅生长未表现出受不利因素影响,但此时羊茅已对外界高渗溶液做出生理反应,叶片中脯氨酸含量成倍增加;随着盐胭控浓度的增大,羊茅相对鲜重,相对干重,根系活力均降低2,生长和生理上都表现出盐害效应同时叶片中脯氨酸和叶绿素含量增加,反

Abstract:The physiological responses of Festuca arundinacea to salt stress were studied through cultivation on a sandy base.The items of observation included relative fresh weight,relative dry weight,root/shoot ratio,proline content,chlorophy11 content and root activity of the grass under conditions of varied salt concentrations.It was observed that a low concentration of salt(50 mmol/l NaCl)had no significant effect on the growth of the grass,though the plant already responded to the salt stress with a dramatic increase in the proline content in leaves.With an increased salt concentration,the advers effects of salt stress on the grass became more obvious ,which were reflected in decreased fresh weight,dry weight and root activity;and the plant responded to the environmental changes with further increases in the proline and chlorophy11 contents in leaves.The significant positive correlation between the root/shoot ratio and the salt concentration indicated that a salt stress caused by NaCl might bring about more injury to the shoot than to the root of tall fescue.
