注重4个环节对护理专业基本实践技能的培养

报道某院始终将培养学生基本实践技能作为护理人才培养的核心，在遵循技能形成规律的同时，注重从教学、训练、强化和考核4个环节上加强对学生基本实践技能培养，使学生获得了较强的基本实践技能。通过对71个用人单位的跟踪调查显示：整体评价很满意和较满意的达96％。学生掌握基本实践技能是促进良性循环的基础，而培养学生基本实践技能是一项系统工程。教学环节、训练环节、强化环节、考核环节相互联系，相互作用，相互依赖，是提高技能型人才培养质量一环扣一环的连锁链。

Cultivation of Basic Practical Skills in Nursing Majors by Focusing on the Four Key Aspects

In this paper, the author reported their experience in fostering nursing talents, during which they focused on cultivating students＇ basle practical skill all through the process. When following the rules of fostering skills, they attached great importance to the four key aspects, teaching, training, consolidation and examination to make nurses acquire better basic practical skills. Follow-up investigation from 71 institutes of hospitals showed the satisfaction rate reached 96%. The author argues that student＇s basic practical skill is a solid ground for further learning. It is a systematic project to foster their basic skills, in which teaching, training, consolidation and examination are interacted, related and inter-dependent, forming a chain for promoting the fostering of quality talents.
