摘    要:薄壁类零件因其结构紧凑,拆装方便、重量轻,耗材少,成本低等特点而被广泛应用.但由于薄壁零件的刚性差,强度弱,在加工中容易变形,使零件形位误差增大,不易保证零件的加工质量,特别是壁厚小于2 mm内径大于50 mm的薄壁零件尤为如此,为解决此类问题笔者采用可控性较强的液性塑料压力作夹紧力,以薄壁套筒和弹性衬套组成的夹紧装置...

Abstract:The thin-wall components are widely applied for compact structure, easy assembly, light weight, fewer waste and lower cost. However, due to the lower rigidity and weak intensity of thin-wall components which are easily to twist in processing will result to make greater errors of components' shape and position, finally affect the quality of components' processing--especially to the thin-wall components whose thickness are less than 2mm and the inside diameter are greater than 50mm. In order to settle these problems, In order to settle these problems, the present writer adopts liquid plastic pressure with strong controllability as clamping force, putting the clamping installation which is composed of thin-wall sleeve and resilient bushing as the clamping mechanism, and designing a liquid plastic clamping fixture which is easy to be operated, more reliable on clamping and high absolute accuracy. It is very important to design the thin-wall sleeve and resilient bushing in this kind of fixture, because it is the key point to reflect the fixture's function and ensure the manufacturing quality.
