HL160-WJ-84型水轮机的增容改造技术

摘    要:在理论计算基础上,结合转轮实测与实践经验,确定了叶片出水边切割量,铲除了叶片前半部分的鼓包,使HL160-WJ-84型水力发电机组在65m额定水头下最大有功功率增加25%.经调节保证计算,为改造后的机组重选了关机时间Tf.为解决原机型非接触式密封装置在大负荷工况下主轴漏水喷入水导轴承问题,设计了新型平板橡胶接触式密封装置.

Abstract:Based on the theoretical calculation, practical measurement, and experience,The cut-off amount of trailing edges of the runner blades are determined. The surf actal defection of the blades at its leading part is removed and modified. The output power of the hydroelectrical unit HL160-WJ-84, therefore, is increased by 25 percent. After calculation ofregulating guarantee,a new shutting time T is obtained for the modified hydroelectrical unit. In order to solve the problem of water leakage from the main shaft seal into the guidebearing, a new kind of main shaft seal with rubber plates is designed and used. Its performance is better than that of old non-touching main shaft seal.
