红外线中餐燃气灶炉膛改造的实验研究

摘    要:研究了中餐燃气灶炉膛内的传热过程,确定了改造方案,通过对比改造前后的热效率,改造后的中餐燃气灶具有更高的热效率,证明了改造方案的可行性.

Abstract:The heat transfer processes in Furnace Chamber of the Infrared Chinese Gas Cooking Range are studied,and the reconstructed scheme is determined.Through comparing the experiments,it is found that the reconstructed Chinese Gas Cooking Range has a higher heat efficiency,which proves the feasibility of the reconstructed scheme.
