行胶原酶溶解术患者术前心理状况分析

目的了解行胶原酶溶解患者术前心理状况。方法对160例接受椎间盘胶原酶溶解术的患者用状态-特质焦虑量表进行调查,并与国内常模进行比较;探讨不同性别、不同文化程度、不同医疗付费方式患者心理状况。结果行胶原酶溶解术患者状态焦虑量表(S-AI)总分与国内常模比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同性别、不同文化程度、不同付费方式患者术前S-AI总分间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行胶原酶溶解术的患者普遍存在不同程度的焦虑;不同性别、不同文化程度、不同付费方式患者的焦虑状况不同。

Analysis of the Mental Status of Patients Undergoing Chemonucleolysis with Collagenase for Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective To analyze the mental status of the patients undergoing chemonucleolysis with collagenase for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in order to acquire the basis for improving practice psychological nursing.Methods 160 patients undergoing chemonucleolysis with collagenase for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were tested by State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI).Results There was a significant statistic difference between the S-AI total scores of the patients and that of the norm(P=0.00).There was a significant statistic difference in S-AI sore at different gender,educational level,and the way of paying medical fee(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of the patients undergoing chemonucleolysis with collagenase for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion had anxiety mood.The conclusions imply that the nurses should pay more attention the mental health status of the patients undergoing chemonucleolysis with collagenase for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and improve their psychological level by changing their mental status.
