“醒脑开窍”针法治疗脑梗死后失语的临床疗效观察

目的]探讨醒脑开窍针法治疗脑梗死后失语的临床疗效。方法]将符合纳入标准的96例患者,按随机数字表方法随机分为治疗组48例,予醒脑开窍针法治疗;对照组48例,予传统针刺法治疗。治疗4周后,以《汉语失语症检查法》为疗效判定标准。结果]两种方法均能提高患者的语言功能,治疗组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为53.3%,两组的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]醒脑开窍针法对脑梗死后失语具有较好的治疗效果,优于传统针刺治疗。

Clinical observation of "Xingnao Kaiqiao" acupuncture therapy on aphasia after cerebral infarction

Objective] To study the effect pf Xingnao Kaiqiao(restoring consciousness and waking up the patient from unconsciousness) acupuncture therapy on aphasia after cerebral infarction. Methods] The 96 patients met the inclusion standard were randomly divided into treatment group of 48 cases treated by Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy; the control group of 48 cases with traditional acupuncture method. After treatment for 4 weeks, we study the curative effect by the standard of Chinese aphasia test. Results] These two methods could improve the patient's language function. The effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, while the effective rate of the control group was 53.3%. The comparison of the total effective rate between two groups showed significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion] Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy has good therapeutic effect on aphasia after cerebral infarction. It is better than that of traditional acupuncture treatment.
