摘    要:1997年3月6日,鞍钢10号高炉热风炉围管爆裂鼓开将高压水总管(Φ400mm)折断,大量的水从围管开口处(1200mm×6000mm)灌入炉缸,造成高炉炉缸冻结。在处理过程中,坚持铁口出铁,并成功地使用铁口吹氧法,使高炉迅速恢复正常生产。在处理炉缸冻结事故中,不但没有给高炉长寿和强化留下隐患,而且提高了修复速度,降低了费用。

Abstract:Because hot blast bustle pipe of No.10 blast furnace in AISC bursted and broke open in March,1997,and high pressure water main broke,thus a large amount of water poured into hearth from the opening of the hot blast furnace bustle pipe,and resulted in hearth freezing.During troubleshooting,No.10 blast furnace rapidly restored to normal operation through maintaining tapping from taphole and successfully blasting oxygen from taphole,not only no hidden dangers were left for blast furnace long life and intensifying smelt,but also repairing speed was increased and cost was decreased.
