分体式手持液压剪设计

摘    要:进口整体式液压剪质量大、维护成本高、灵活性差。为降低使用成本,减轻手持部分设备质量,设计制造分体式手持液压剪。分体式手持液压剪主要由剪切头、液压泵站、电气控制3部分组成。根据剪切30 mm 45钢计算的剪切头油缸直径约为21 cm,剪切头部分机械设计中活塞与导套的配合采用椭圆柱配合,可防止活塞转动导致动刀与定刀的干涉,加强刀座承受剪切反作用力,比圆柱配合更轻便。油缸进出油为同孔,简化了连接油管,便于剪切头移动使用。介绍液压泵站工作原理,液压泵站通过液压油管进行压力传递,为剪切头提供动力。电气控制设计中,回程控制采用电接点指针式压力表机械控制,性能稳定,操作简单。

Abstract:Imported integral hydraulic shear mass is large,maintenance cost is high,flexible is poor.The separated type handheld hydraulic shear is designed and produced in order to decrease use cost,to lighten handheld device mass.The separated type handheld hydraulic shear consists of shear head,hydraulic power unit and electrical control three parts.The shear head oil cylinder diameter calculated according to shear diameter 30 mm 45 steel is about 21 cm.The match of piston and guide bushing in mechanical design of shear head part adopts cylindroid cooperate,which can prevent piston rotating to cause the interfere of movable and fixed blade,strength cutter holder bearing shear reaction,it is more light than cylindrical fit.Oil cylinder in and out of the oil is the same hole,which simplifies connecting pipe,is convenient for shear head movable use.The hydraulic power unit working principle is introduced,the hydraulic power unit transfers pressure with hydraulic oil pipe,it supplies driving force for shear head.The return control adopts electro connecting pressure gauge pointer type mechanical control in design of electrical control,properties are steady,operation is simple.
