| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于电话网的视频报警系统的设计方案，该方案将传统的报警系统和视频监控系统有机结合起来,不但实现了报警的基本功能，而且可以通过视频系统传送现场信息，以便迅速掌握现场情况，准确判断是否有警情发生。
