| 摘 要： | 本文以准确判断往复式压缩机组运行是否出现异常为主导思想,提出了把气缸振动与连杆下垂量作为主要监测参数,并结合DCS系统,设计了CMD-3N往复式压缩机在线状态监测系统,实现了对机组的监测与保护,为机组的安全运行提供了技术保证。

| Abstract: | The dominant point in this paper is that exactly judging the operation state of the reciprocating compressor.It is extented that the cylinder libration and the lever drooping values are the main monitoring parameters.Including the DCS system,the state monitoring system CMD-3N of a reciprocating compressor is designed. |
