摘    要:采用乙腈提取,层析柱和SPE小柱净化,HPLC测定,建立了唑胺菌酯在黄瓜及土壤中的残留分析方法.结果表明:唑胺菌酯在0.05~10.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内呈线性,其相关系数0.99999.在低、高2个添加水平,唑胺菌酯的平均回收率为95.66%~108.34%,变异系数为2.41%~9.77%.方法的最小检出量为2 × 10-10g,最低检测质量分数为0.02 mg/kg.

Abstract:The method for the determination of a novel fungicide pyrametostrobin residue in cucumber and soil were developed. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up on chromatography column and SPE column to obtain an extract suitable for analysis by HPLC. The calibration curves linear concentration of pyrametostrobin ranged from 0.05 to 10.0 mg/L and the correlation coeff icient was 0.999 99.
