| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于PIC单片机的工业数据采集卡的设计方案,论述了系统结构、工作原理,着重阐述了硬件电路、软件流程与实现方法.该数据采集卡在SF6微水检测中得到应用,实验证明,该数据采集卡可靠性高、成本低、使用方便.

| Abstract: | This paper presents the design conception of an industrial data acquisition card based on the PIC microcontroller, dealing with the system structure, working principle, hardware circuits, software flow chart and the way to realize them. This card has been applied to SF6. It application shows that it is provided with high reliability ,low cost and easy operation. |
