摘    要:对某电厂670 t/h锅炉鳍片管省煤器管排严重磨损的原因进行了分析,并对鳍片管与螺旋肋片管在防止磨损方面的优劣进行了比较,提出了用螺旋肋片管进行省煤器改造的设计方案。

Abstract:The causes leading to serious worn-out of finned tube economizer for a 670 t/h boiler in one power plant have been qualitatively analysed,and a comparison between good and bad of the finned tube and the spirally ribbed tube in aspect of preventing wornout being carried out,suggesting a design scheme for retrofitting the economizer by using the spirally ribbed tubes.
