| 摘 要： | 通过对免烫整理剂QD-WR整理加工条件的研究，确定了免烫整理剂QD-WR的最佳应用条件，并对处理后织物折皱回复角、水洗后平整度、撕破强力和白度等进行分析。试验结果表明，QD-WR具有与2D树脂相同的耐久免烫整理效果，其耐水洗性能、织物撕破强力保留率和白度均好于2D树脂，可以低温交联，节省能源，降低成本。

| Abstract: | Optimum applied conditions of DP finish QD-WR have been obtained by research of DP process. The applied performance was investigated by determination of wrinkle recovery angle, DP grade, tearing strength and whiteness of the fabric treated with 2D resin and QD-WR respectively. Compared with 2D resin finish, QD-WR can impart cotton fabric good DP effect, better tearing strength, whiteness and launderability. Low temperature crosslinking between the QD-WR and cellulose fiber can reduce the energy consumption and cost. |
