摘    要: 针对重组整合矿井总回风巷掘进通过采空区时巷道围岩稳定性差,巷道掘进、支护困难的现状。通过理论分析、方案设计、现场工业性试验,建立了采空区内掘进巷道围岩综合控制技术体系。根据掘进巷道开挖过程中遇到的三种不同情况提出了巷道掘进前高冒区充填注浆构成人工假顶及掘进时钻孔超前注浆提高围岩强度技术方法,提出了锚杆(索)网与料石墙工字钢砼背板棚联合支护的多层次综合支护技术方法,解决了采空区覆岩强度低、自承结构能力小的围岩控制技术难题。实践表明,采用综合控制技术有效保证了巷道围岩稳定,对类似条件下的井巷施工具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The reorganization and integration of mine return air roadway through mined-out area stability of surrounding rock of roadway, roadway excavation, retaining the current difficulties. Through theoretical analysis, design, field test, established in the goaf roadway surrounding rock control technology system. According to the tunnel excavation process encountered in three different cases presented high caving zone of roadway excavation before filling grouting composition of artificial roof and drill hole digging grouting can improve the strength of surrounding rock of former methods, puts forward anchor (cable ) and I-shaped steel concrete wall board material shed combined support of multi-level integrated support technology method, solves the mined rock self supporting structure of low strength, the ability of small surrounding rock control technology difficult problem. Practice shows that, by using the integrated control technology of effective guarantee of the stability of roadway, on similar conditions roadway construction has important significance.
