基于DSP的快速货车电子防滑器的研究

摘    要:介绍一种以DSP为核心,以模糊控制为算法的快速货车电子防滑器。该防滑器通过实时采集各车轴速度信号来检测车轴的滑行状态,及时调整制动缸压力防止车轴打滑。详细分析了防滑器结构以及其中的速度检测和滑行判定方法。实验室模拟试验结果表明,基于DSP的快速货车电子防滑器具有响应快、准确性高的特点。

Abstract:This paper presents the design of electronic anti-skid devices of rapid speed wagon based on digital signal processor and the fuzzy control algorithm is implemented to avoid wheel slippage.Anti-skid device detects the status of wheels by deriving speed from wheel speed sensor to modulate the air pressure of the brake cylinder timely so as to avoid wheel slippage.The structure and the speed detection and anti-skid control method is illustrated in detail in this paper.The performance of the proposed electronic anti-skid device is verified in simulations.The rapidity and effectiveness is demonstrated in the testing.
