摘    要:通过搜集多家市售易染聚酯切片原料,研究这些切片的特性黏度、熔点、流变性能及热稳定性,结合切片的上机性能测试结果,分析这些指标对切片可纺性的影响。通过直接测试切片指标,调整纺丝工艺参数,节省原料切换试车成本,提高了膨体变形丝(BCF)纺丝制成率。

Abstract:By collecting many modified polyester chips,the intrinsic viscosity,melting point,rheological property and thermal stability are studied combined with performance testing results.The effect of these indexes on the spinnability of chips is analyzed.By adjusting the spinning process parameter upon chip testing,the cost of trial run of material switch is saved and the BCF made rate is increased.
