磷酸镁质耐热混凝土材料的研究

摘    要:本文研究了以氧化镁、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂和硅灰所得的镁质磷酸盐为主的胶凝物质作为结合剂,以棕刚玉作为骨料制备的快硬耐热混凝土的力学性能。研究氧化镁、磷酸二氢钾硼砂、硅灰对该混凝土力学的影响。研究发现MgO/KH2PO4的比率是耐火混凝土力学性能的关键因素。在850℃的该耐火材料的抗压强度达到19.58MPa,抗折强度3.37MPa。

Study on magnesium phosphate heat resistance concrete
Abstract:In this paper, magnesite,potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KH2PO4),borax,silica flour act as binder and incorporate with corundum to make fast-hardening heat resistance concrete.The effect of variables such as the amount of MgO,KH2PO4,borax and silica flour on the mechanical properties of the concrete were investigated.The results show that MgO/KH2PO4 ratio is the key factor for the mechanical properties.At 850 ℃ ,the highest compressive strength of the specimens was 19.35MPa,while the highest flexure strength were 3.37MPa.
