胞磷胆碱钠联合依达拉奉治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究

目的探讨胞磷胆碱钠片联合依达拉奉注射液治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法纳入缺血性脑卒中患者共80例,其中40例组成参照组,施予依达拉奉治疗;余下40例组成观察组,施予胞磷胆碱钠片联合依达拉奉注射液治疗。结果观察组的总有效率较参照组更高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的NIHSS分值变化情况较参照组更优,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量分值情况较参照组更优,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用胞磷胆碱钠片联合依达拉奉注射液对缺血性脑卒中进行治疗,可改善患者神经功能,提高治疗效果。

Clinical Study of Citicoline Sodium Tablets Combined With Edaravone Injection in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of citicoline sodium tablets combined with edaravone injection in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled,40 of whom were enrolled in the reference group and treated with edaravone.The remaining 40 patients were included in the observation group,and citicoline sodium tablets combined with edaravone were administered.Injection treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The changes of NIHSS scores in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The changes in quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the reference group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of citicoline sodium tablets combined with edaravone injection for ischemic stroke can improve the neurological function of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
