2006～2008年鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药性分析

目的了解医院近年来鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药性变迁,为临床合理使用抗菌药物及控制医院感染提供依据。方法对2006~2008年临床分离的136株鲍氏不动杆菌,用纸片扩散法检测头孢他啶等14种抗菌药物的敏感性并对药敏试验结果进行分析。结果收集的136株鲍氏不动杆菌中,对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星、头孢他啶、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、哌拉西林、复方新诺明、环丙沙星、氨曲南、头孢曲松的耐药率分别为15.4%、16.2%、16.9%、44.1%、45.6%、47.8%、50.0%、57.4%、59.6%、64.0%、65.4%、77.2%、80.1%、83.0%。结论医院临床分离的鲍氏不动杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南和美罗培南的耐药性较低,对其他抗菌药物耐药性普遍较高;3年比较,对美罗培南和亚胺培南耐药率呈逐年上升趋势。

Drug Resistance of 136 Acinetobacter baumannii Strains 2006-2008

OBJECTIVE To investigate drug resistance diversity of Acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital in recent years, thus guiding rational clinical application of antibacterials and controlling nosocomial infection.METHODS Totally 136 strains of A.baumanniis were collected from Tai'an Central Hospital from 2006 to 2008, whose drug sensitivity to 14 antibacterials including ceftazidime was detected by disk diffusion method and the susceptibility test results were analyzed.RESULTS The resistance rate of the 136 A.baumannii strains to cefoperazone/ sulbactam, imipenem, meropenem, cefepime, piperacillin/tazobactam, amikacin, ceftazidime, levofloxacin, gentamicin, piperacillin, SMZ-TMP, ciprofloxacin, and ceftriaxone was 15.4%, 16.2%, 16.9%, 44.1%, 45.6%, 47.8%, 50.0%, 57.4%, 59.6%, 64.0%, 65.4%, 77.2%, 80.1% and 83.0%, respectively.CONCLUSIONS All of 136 A.baumannii strains from our hospital have low resistance to cefoperazone/sulbactam, imipenem and meropenem, and high resistance to other above-mentioned antibacterials.But their resistance to imipenem and meropenem increase year by year during the 3 years.
