次生有机阳离子聚合物钻井液技术

摘    要:以无固相清液聚合物钻井液为基础,研制开发了次生有机阳离子形成剂CSJ-1和滤失性能控制剂FL-1,并组成了次生有机阳离子聚合物钻井液。该钻井液总结了阴离子和阳离子聚合物钻井液的特点,具有极强的抑制防塌能力和良好的性能可控性.可配制无固相和低固相体系,可采用PACl41、FA-367或HV-CMC来提高粘度。CSJ-1与阴离子型钻井液处理剂相容性好,具有与阳离子聚季铵相媲美的防塌能力以及增强高分子量聚合物絮凝能力的作用,而且在使用过程中可与常用聚合物处理剂优先发生作用,可用作絮凝剂或(和)防塌剂;FL-1在无固相和低固相体系中均有较好的降滤失效果。该钻井液技术在安塞、靖边等油田各类油气井中应用100多口井,均收到良好效果:有效控制了井塌,井眼规则,提高了电测一次成功率和机械钻速。

Abstract:A novel drilling fluid system-secondary organic cationic polymer drilling fluid is presented. The main additives of the system are secondary organic cationic forming agent CSJ-1 and solid free filtrate controlling agent FL-1. A solid free drilling fluid in which the formulation is clean water + (0. 2%-0. 3%) KPAM or PHP + 0. 3%CSJ-1 + (0. 3%-0. 5%)FL-1, and a low solid drilling fluid in which the formulation is (2%-4%) bentonite grouting + 0. 3%FL-1+ (0. 1 %-0. 3%)KPAM+(0. 3%-0. 5)%CSJ-1 can be prepared. The drilling fluids viscosity can be increased by adding PAC141, FA-367 or HV-CMC. Also, the viscosity can be increased by adding bentonite in low solid system. Since CSJ-1 has good compatibility with anion drilling fluid, and its sloughing controlling capacity and flocculation increasing ability for mac-romolecule polymer are equal to organic cationic poluquaternary amine, it can be used as a flocculant and/ or sloughing controlling agent. The novel drilling fluid system has been used in about 100 wells in Ansai, Jingbian oilfields as it has properties of strong inhibition, sloughing controlling and flocculation, less filtration, little damage to reservoir and controllable performance. Results showed that well sloughing has been controlled effectively, successful logging operation in only one time has been achieved and ROP has been improved.
